cool, BMX burn-outs! You can see he’s got all the weight over the front wheel. If the rear tyre was really worn you could get it to slip like that. The most difficult thing would be keeping your balance in such an odd position, pedaling and modulating the front-brake at the same time.

Looks like there’s something on the road, like diesel or motor oil. You can see the tyre leaves marks on the road as he goes around, and when he goes off the edge the tyre grips and he nearly falls off the bike.
